Artificial intelligence is rapidly reshaping psychological practice—but for many clinicians, the most important question remains:

This workshop is developed and delivered by psychologists with firsthand experience in AI development and clinical application. Drawing on the real-world creation of a custom AI report-writing assistant designed to meet Canadian clinical, legal, and ethical standards, participants are guided through the practical realities of integrating AI into psychological work.
Rather than focusing on hype or abstract theory, this workshop provides a
structured, decision-making roadmap for clinicians and organizations navigating AI adoption in practice.

Participants will be introduced to Your GPS for AI, a comprehensive, checklist-based evaluation framework that supports informed, ethical, and defensible decision-making when assessing AI tools for clinical use.
