Dr. Peter Judge has 25 years experience providing Independent Neuropsychological and Psychological evaluations for the purposes of disability determination at Gilmour Psychological Services® in Ottawa.

Services are extended to third-party clients from the rehabilitation community including Insurance Adjusters (Auto/LTD), Rehabilitation Consultants and the Legal communities (Plaintiff and Defense). Dr. Judge has testified as a fully qualified expert witness in the Superior Court of Ontario.

At this time, Dr. Judge is unable to offer services to private individuals.

Peter Judge

Dr. Judge is registered with the College of Psychologists of Ontario since 1992 in the fields of Clinical Neuropsychology, Clinical Psychology and Rehabilitation Psychology.
Dr. Judge obtained his doctorate in Psychology/Neuroscience from Carleton University in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. He completed specialized postdoctoral clinical training at York University in Toronto and The Clarke Institute of Psychiatry in Toronto (now The Centre for Addiction and Mental Health [CAMH]).
He is a member of the Ontario Psychological Association (OPA); the American Academy of Clinical Neuropsychology (AACN); the Canadian Association of Psychologists in Disability Assessment (CAPDA); and the Canadian Society of Medical Evaluators (CSME).
Dr. Judge is certified to determine Catastrophic Impairment as defined under the Statutory Accident Benefits Schedule of Ontario, both pre- and post-June 1, 2016 revisions [C-CAT (MB)].
Dr. Judge is also certified to conduct Medical-Legal Evaluations and holds a Certification in Medico Legal Expertise [CMLE]. A complete curriculum vitae is available by email.
