Jackson Weinberger was established in 1997 to provide timely, precise, computerized psychological testing and consultation to the public, to other health care professionals and to agencies and corporations.
Psychological testing
Computerized psychological testing allows the client's responses to be compared to constantly updated norms. Feedback of the information gleaned from the tests is clear and easily understood. Computerized testing allows fast turn-around time with minimal effort on the part of the administrator. Costs are kept competitive.
Please note that the results of the computerized psychological testing are given to the health care professional requesting them and not directly to the client or patient. Thus, we do not intervene between the health care provider and his/her client, unless the client is referred to us for full psychological testing and report back to the referral source.

Jackson Weinberger has, to date, provided computerized testing consultation, scoring and reporting services to numerous psychiatrists and psychologists, as well as companies and organizations involved in hiring police/security personnel, sales and managerial personnel and individuals with disabilities seeking employment.
Consultation
Jackson Weinberger are available to advise you on the selection of tests. Alternatively, we are able to see and assess your clients for a range of concerns from personality style and aptitudes through to psychological disorders and mental illness. We can assess individuals directly and report back to answer any questions that you may have.
Dr. Iris Jackson, C. Psych. has a long standing interest in psychological testing having developed her skills first at the University of Alberta in 1969 and later at the University of Waterloo in 1971 to 1975 and at the Clarke Institute of Psychiatry (now the Centre for Addictions and Mental Health), Toronto, in 1976-77. She has continued to update her knowledge of new tests over the years. She was the founding psychologist of Gilmour Psychological Services in 1983. She is the former President of the Ontario Psychological Association and has led a Mentorship Group for early career psychologists in Ottawa since 2000. She is recognized as an expert on professional issues and the ethical practice of psychology.
Dr. Alex Weinberger, C. Psych. has over 30 years of experience providing various forms of psychological services. Psycho-educational, vocational and child custody and access assessments are among areas of particular interest, as are counselling and the delivery of personal growth workshops. Dr. Weinberger has lectured at the College and University level.
