Depression, anxiety, anger, stress management, relationship issues, low self-esteem, sexual abuse, grief, and adjustment to life change are some of her areas of interest. In collaboration with clients, thoughts, feelings and behaviour are addressed to facilitate self-awareness and change. Her practice also focuses on parent and child/adolescent communication, parenting styles/skills, problem-solving skills, and conflict resolution.
